Cypress Point Lakes is renowned for its bucolic artificial lakes and streams forested with mature redwoods and pines. Our two pools, tennis courts, clubhouse and professionally landscaped grounds enhance the pleasure of living in a rare environment reminescent of a mountain resort.

Cypress Point Lakes in Mountain View, California was constructed in 1970 and 1971 by local developer, Thrust IV. Over 1979 and 1980 extensive renovations were carried out as we were converted from apartments to condominiums. Our homeowners association, Cypress Point Lakes Association, was formed in 1979 and the first Board meetings with homeowner members took place in 1980.

Our physical location is 505 Cypress Point Drive, Mountain View, CA 94043. Although we do not maintain an office there, we can be reached through our managment company, Community Management Services (CMS) in Campbell.
